All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. During peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with the title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before the order is shipped. If a package fails to be delivered due to 'insufficient address', unfortunately, we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your products are shipped. Tracking can take between 2–5 days to update, so please be patient.

Where will my package ship from?
We are a small business; however, we work with a logistic partner around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.
Why Are My Items Shipped Separately?
When you place an order with multiple products, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery based on availability. If a product is popular and currently on backorder, we might ship your order in separate packages at different times to get the available items to you as quickly as possible.
Lost or stolen orders
So Boho Decor accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
